Our return and cancellation policy is designed to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. While please note that we currently do not offer exchange or replacement of our products, our return and cancellation policy will help to make the process as transparent as possible, giving you assurance with every order.
1. Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 2-3 working days and delivery takes place within 3-4 working days. You will receive an order confirmation mail upon placing the order and can check your order tracking under the “Manage My Profile” section.
2. Order Return
We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase you make on satvikpaints.in. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. Our return and cancellation policy is designed with your convenience in mind.
Return window: You can return any order within 7 days of delivery, by contacting our customer support team. The return criteria is as mentioned below

Defective/Damaged products or packaging
3. Refund
Once we receive your return request, the product will be picked up and shipped back to our warehouse. After it reaches our location, it will be inspected as per the return criteria.
Post inspection if any return criteria is satisfied, a full refund will be credited to your original source of payment. Refunds typically take 5-7 days to reach your account from the date on which the return is received at our warehouse.
However, we will keep you updated and make sure the whole process is completely hassle-free.
4. Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change, and you might need to cancel your order:
Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, post which the order may not be cancelled.
How to Cancel: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order details to raise a request.
5. Raising Complaints
If you have any issues after receiving and accepting your order, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order number and details of the issue.
Review and Resolution: Our team will review your complaint and work towards a resolution, which may include remedial measures.
6. Unavailability of the customer
If you’re not available when your order arrives, our delivery team will try again-up to three times. If we’re still unable to reach you, your order will be sent back to us. We’ll review the reason for failure of delivery and if we find that the delivery couldn’t be completed because of:
- Incorrect address
- Repeated unavailability
- Refusal without a valid reason
We may deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
7. Return and Refund T&C
Return and refund will not be accepted under the following situation:
If product has been used by the customer
If the bar code/ QR code of the product has been removed, damaged or scanned by the customer
If Birla Opus finds that the product has been returned in an unusable condition, where the product is not damaged or defective
